    Either ignore or send a prove it letter (unsigned to avoid any possibility of your signature miraculously appearing on some document at a later date).
    Good point. Long story, but my sister forged my signature as a 'guarantor' for a loan which she never paid. When they came after me, it was obvious that the signature wasn't mine - but they then claimed that I'd 'fudged' my signature so that I could later claim that I wasn't responsible ! Fortunately, I could prove that on the very day that 'both' of us had signed the loan application, I was serving in the Falklands. Still took a stiff letter to get them off my back, though.
