I both surprised and pleased myself yesterday. Having been out on Thursday evening for a planned drink with a friend I made myself be AF last night instead.

It wasn't easy as I've always had a 'weekend starts here' mentality for Friday nights. It helped that it was past wine o'clock before I got home and once I'd settled on the sofa with a cuppa after dinner it got easier.

    15 AFDs please Shaggy.

I do hope you have a good day on your course today HB but don't push yourself too hard. :A
