    Sorry for being MIA. Its been a hard couple of weeks and I finally made the decision to say goodbye to my current employer. Realised that was a major part of the problem. So have been AF ever since. Brave or stupid (not sure) but it is positive that I am doing something. We won't starve for a few weeks & maybe a good old fashioned Christmas will be a new natural high.

    I hope everyone keeps safe in the snow and its been great to read how you are all getting on x
