    27 days up for grabs!

    Everyone Welcome!!!
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Re Caffeine - I've had quite a scary experience giving up caffeine recently. I felt quite dizzy and unbalanced....leading to a horrible feeling of panic - not uncommon apparently. I didn't have any headaches however.

I never drank/drink caffeinated drinks after 2 and also drink a lot of decaf coffee and tea. I had no idea cutting down could make you feel like this!

So, I'm still trying to cut down just trying to do it a bit more gradual...

    Who knew?

Shaggy, I love the November "target beaten" emoji - just saying :)

Re caffeine, I don't drink it past about 10am as any later tends to make it hard to fall asleep. I like my coffee first thing though, not giving that up :)

    Good afternoon everyone,
    3 please Shaggy.
Giving up/cutting down on booze is one thing, but not sure I could give up caffeine. At present I average approx 12 cups of tea a day and 2/3 coffees. I know I'm addicted, but putting my fingers in my ears and not listening!

    Arkers x

Really scary until I realised what it was - then I just chucked a very fast coffee into my system.....

....I also read that for some people caffeine withdrawal can cause some people to stay awake! I did wonder 'cos in some countries like Italy they drink caffeine really late...

Not just in Italy either, I know people who will have a coffee just before bed! Never understood how it doesn't keep them awake all night. :(
