    It's only slanderous if it's a lie.

So what proof do you have that his employer is letting him do that, a statement that implies they're encouraging it?

None. So you're lying on Google reviews of the business.

Your dispute is with him, not his employers and it is unfair that you may be causing harm to innocent people who work for that company who have done nothing wrong with the damage your review does.

Oh that one hasn't been ignored..... Ive been collecting details of their comings and goings, cars, reg numbers, etc.
Neither has giving his employer a bad review on Google and telling people all about how they're letting him terrorise his Asian neighbours using his works van.
Neither has calling the Police and showing them CCTV video evidence of him bending windscreen wipers.

But as I mentioned "reasonable escalation", so i'll sit back for now, give em enough rope and if they carry on i'll **** them over so badly they won't know which way is up.

So you've used his employer and recieved a bad service?

Reversing to park, so as to drive away forwards, is generally a good idea anyway :
Jump leads normally go on the front
Even without the van, it is easier to see
It saves a few seconds, when you are normally in a hurry
The difficult manoeuvre is with the engine warm and the driver more "in driving mode"
    etc.

Lots of companies now have reverse parking policies, one of the reasons for this is that research is you are less observant during the first couple of minutes of driving so you are better off starting by driving forward.

Topic of reversing into parking spaces has been done to death, some people have an irrational fear of reversing into a parking space or of reversing in general.

It's very much the same as people who don't move over on narrow lanes, they're more fearful of hitting a few twigs than of smashing into the oncoming car, it's irrational, but they'll never change.

So you're harassing him and also accusing him of being a racist as well as slandering his employers business on Google? Comes as no surprise you're that kind of person. Only downside for you is if it ever comes to light that you've done the review on Google as a response to a person LEGALLY PARKING THEIR VEHICLE the company may choose to take you to court for damages.

It's only slanderous if it's a lie. End of the day that entire family is deliberately harassing people who just want to get on peacefully.
I was largely ignoring this behaviour up until they decided to **** with my car, which was clearly done against myself and others as an act of provocation/bullying after blocking my neighbours garage with a scrap car for the last 3 months.

The Google review would never be slanderous whether true or not. It would be libellous.

The neighbour with the van has done nothing wrong whatsoever. I'm sick of reading about people who think that they own the road outside homes. THEY DON'T!

I'm sick of people showing no consideration for others because of some self-fed entitlement.

Could they fit a "reversing camera" in the rear side window on that corner, so that at the critical point, it is giving a view up the road ?
An estate car / hatchback is easier than a saloon, because the side glass goes back further.

General reversing aids ( ultrasonic / camera ) would make reversing onto the drive easier.

The neighbour can't really reverse into her drive as backing up to her garage is very tight and I doubt she'd do it without crashing! Although the van does make it hard to see incoming cars, I'm aware that he hadn't done anything illegal. I'm trying to be as informed as we can before she starts quoting laws incorrectly and causing problems with the neighbour and threatening to take things further when there's nothing she can do. We've advised her to go to CAB.

If she can go in forwards she can go in backwards. Or she should not be driving.

Going in backwards is much easier.
