But it seems all yor interested in is the hair dye bit! Have u seriously even read all my post or couldnt you wait to dive onto this and presume I'm some idiot ?
It's very easy to dye hair without getting it on the extentions. Because I dont have extentions in the top of my head! And it's hardly a dye. What a !!!!! site this is
Well the dye DID get on the extension, they told you it had before you admitted using it!
At the end on the day, the extensions are damaged, you were told not to use a dye, they have detected traces of dye, you have admitted using dye. Just because you didn't actually put the dye on the extensions does't mean the chemicals didn't go on them when you rinsed off the dye from the rest of your hair.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

They are merely using it as an excuse not to refund. And I've taken great care of this hair, which anyone would paying so much money for it.
They even pulled me up about using heat protection spray on it. And asked why I've been using that? I simply replied " it's on your hair care sheet you supplied "
So they are basically looking for anything so they don't have to send new hair or refund.
I suppose it's a lesson learned from my end. I'll have to grin and bear the fact I made a very bad decision about having it done.
My hair technician is not replying to my messages now. Must be too much trouble. She's making a lot of money out there. Why would she bothered about little old moaning me?
She sure wasnt bothered about taking my £300 of hard earned cash after she fitted my poor extentions.
All I need off her is an order number . That's it! And then the supplier can come to a decision. And she's ignoring me.
Maybe that's because she didnt get the hair from this amazing supplier.
What else am I meant to thinktotally fed up. 8 weeks this has been dragging on for
There was no reason to be rude to people in your previous post. You had not explained your dying process clearly enough.
You need to send a Letter Before Action to the person you paid the £300 to giving them 14 days to pay back the £300 (explaining clearly WHY you are seeking a refund and perhaos some photos), otherwise you will be taking them to court for the refund. Send with proof of postage to their address, then also send an email.
If they do not refund, then use the small claims court process online to get back your money.
Be prepared to defend the issue over the dye, as if they said no dye should go anywhere near the extensions, then you may have a major issue in getting your money back.
Why did you not pay for a professional to do your roots having paid so much money getting the extensions done? (Should they not refund you, this is what they will ask you in court...)
You are going to have to be quite specific regarding your use of dye. They already can prove that you used dye near the extensions without you even having told them this. You will need to say that although minor traces of dye may have touched SOME (a small quantity) of the extensions, this would not explain them ALL becoming damaged.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
