How to insert a 'pause' on A samsung s3 mini to allow a PIN to be entered?

Hi guys-tried looking online but conflicting answers. G/F has an 'overide' number to call France (credit loaded on (only 1p a min!)...but a big long pin has to be entered-impossible to memorise. She 'could' write it down & keep in phone wallet but she's concerned with security issues.

Is there anyway a 3-6 second 'pause' can be programmed into number in phones memory with pin afterwards......be a lot easier if 1 button to press & no scrabbling about for bits of paper lol!

Any ideas kind people?
