I'm FTB and my solicitors are not looking after me.
Going through the Title Deeds I noted multiple references to easements and rights over areas described as coloured orange and brown on the plan (my solicitors didn't even made me aware). However, the copy of the title plan I was provided by the solicitors does not show any colour?
    The most concerning easements are:
    2. A right of way with or without vehicles (together with all others having the like right) over and along the land shown coloured orange on the said plan annexed hereto
    3. The right for the purchaser and his successors in title and all persons authorised by him or them in common with the owners and occupiers of the adjoining property known as xxxxxxx aforesaid to pass and repass on foot only over and along the pathway shown coloured brown on the said plan but contributing towards the cost of repairing and maintaining such pathway in accordance with clause 5(ii) hereof
    14. Not to cause any obstruction whatsoever on the land shown coloured orange on the plan annexed hereto.

Any idea how to obtain the Title Plan that will show these colours?

    Thank you!

The colours won't be on the title plan. They will be on the plans to the respective deeds as per the 'annexed hereto' for example
Have a read if the register and see if the entries that refer end with a NOTE to explain the colour references or indicate that a copy of the 'plan' is filed for example
It's the register that carries the key information

Thank you but the problem is that the document did not include any plan mentioned as "annexed hereto" in the schedules.

To give you some more information this is a former council house in Bracknell. The document where I found all these easements (mentioning colours but without a plan annexed) is called The Transfer HM Land Registry Land Registration Acts 1925 to 1971

In the official copy of the title registry it mentioned just the below:
The land has the benefit of the rights granted by but is subject to the rights reserved by the Transfer dated 11 April 1983 referred to in the Charges Register.
The Transfer dated 11 April 1983 referred to above contains provisions as to light or air and boundary structures.

It's very risky to buy something with Easements and covenants referring a plan that I can see. Am I wrong?

Any advice is welcome and thank you again!

@Leoleoleo have you been given a copy of the Transfer dated 11 April 1983?  Are the plans contained within?

No, you are not wrong and in such circumstances, and if the 'filed' copy of the Transfer does not include it's plan and/or nobody can provide you with a copy with a plan, then speak to your conveyancer.
It can and does happen and in such cases the seller will usually contact HMLR to confirm 'no plan' and seek an indemnity insurance - all very standard conveyancing practice - re such a scenario

Hi, I am waiting on an expedited first registration leasehold (freehold already owned by the same person)…..on the portal is says “in progress” and on the map search it says “pending first registration” and a title number has been allocated.

How long do you think it will take before it’s officially registered? Thanks

That all depends on what's been provided by way of proof of ownership. Expedition gets it to the processing start line, usually within 10 days.
After that progress is all about whether it can be registered and/or what 'more' is needed and that will all depend on the complexity or otherwise of the application.
What's the title number and when was it expedited?

@Land_Registry Is there any way that someone other than the original solicitor who submitted an application to LR can request expediting of its processing or provide details of it? We are purchasing a property split across 2 titles, both of which have pending applications, but the sellers solicitor wasn't party to the current pending applications and aren't able to assist with either expediting them or finding out the details of them, so we are a bit stuck and can't wait for them to be processed in due course. As the prospective transferees of both titles (part and whole) are we able to request expedition or details of the applications? Thanks
