My advice re. the RX3/ST5 can be submitted with your mortgage application.
There is no need to rush the RX3, but do get your request for expedite in quickly.1 -
AL042 said:Thank you for your quick response, when you say mortgage offer, please can you confirm what you mean. I don't have a mortgate offer as we bought the house in 2018, its in both our names. I just want my husband's name taken off so that I can remortgage with the same bank. It's all done online from my mortgage account so not sure what proof I can provide. I can't remortgage with his name still on mortgage as documents are automatically sent to his email address to sign which of course he can't. Thanks
Note - I believe you have also contacted us via one of our online blogs and I have responded there as well.Sally_Forth’s advice is sound although I suspect, from what you have posted here, that your lender won’t process your application until the register is updated re the death and removal of the form A restriction. But something to clarify with them of course. If you did contact us via our blog article then please respond there ASAP with regards your next steps“Official Company Representative

Hi,I am trying to fill in an OC2 form to order a copy of the lease for my house, the lease is currently managed by a company who are trying to charge me an extortionate fee to notify a remortgage and I want to check if they are entitled to do this in the lease? I went to eservices.landregistry.gov.uk and bought the title register for the leasehold SYKxxx808. The lease of 10/9/1924 is mentioned in sections B and C but no "FILED" reference, however at the end in "Schedule of notices of leases" it is mentioned again with a different title number:08.10.2004 [house address] 10.09.1924 SYKxxx928I thought this section was usually for multiple entries like for a block of flats but this is a house and the only entry in this section? what happened in 2004 and what is this second title, is it the original lease or some amendment? which title do I put on the OC2 form to get a copy of the original lease?thanks!Tim

Hi. I bought my house 6 years ago and the previous occupants had painted on the outside wall (classy) that the neighbour had stolen 2 ft of the garden. The fence goes up to under my rear window but the obvious party wall is a couple of feet away, there is a discolouration in the brickwork the full height of the house so you can see the divide. I have the land registry documents from when I purchased the property and the drawn boundary is along the party wall. What steps do I take to claim my land back?

Dear Land_Registry,I would like to ask you for an advice about the process of the title deeds change/update.In this April I have started a remortgage process, all went smooth until I was told that my deeds have a charging order for CCJ dated 28.01.2008, placed on deeds in 2009, January. After shock and enormous stress over last 20 days I managed to get a confirmation from the original Bank, who placed a charge order, that the debt was paid in 2012 and the Bank has simply forgotten to apply for the charge removal! Now they told me that they made an application for removal on 11th May (I don't know reference number if it's exist). Also I was told by then that it may take 14 days or rather longer in todays unprecedented times! My question to you is there any chance to speed up the process of updating the deeds? As I am remortgaging to the lower interest rate it is highly important for our case to have no delay to avoid extra financial burden. With thanks for reply!
