help my bosch classixx washing machine wont spin.

Hi I had same problem with my new machine a few years ago rang tescos or bosch(cant remember which but was put through to bosch) helpline as was under gaurantee I was told to reset the machine ! Way to do this is to empty machine and set to the 90 hot wash apparantly this flushes the system out and gets rid of any debris on brushes. I did this and hey presto one working machine.Does happen every now and then but easy to do so worth a try before you call a repairman.0
