The ADR said that as they are not an airline based in the EU they can't help. The CAA say they can't help as matters have to go through the ADR.
I appreciate I can't claim through the EU rules but surely (hoping) I could claim a breach of contract? I paid £900 for original flight and a further £900 to get home!
Hi Lauren,
Having looked into this a little further it is looking like you will have to resolve this as a contractual dispute. This situation is not covered by the ADR provider or the CAA.
If you paid for your flights via a credit card this information may help.
