Milk & More - A Cautionary Tale

I signed up to Milk and More in December after the milkman left a free pint of milk outside our door one day.
I used them regularly for several months and they were brilliant with no problems whatsoever.
Recently, we moved house to a new address. I entered the new postcode on their website and they assured me that they delivered to that address.
On the first day at the new address when a delivery was scheduled, nothing came. I checked on their site that evening to see if there was an explanation (nobody had emailed, called etc to explain) and all it said was that the order had been cancelled.
On the next day a delivery was due at the new address the exact same thing happened: nothing came and nobody got in touch. On the website, it simply said that the order had been cancelled.
I emailed using their Customer form and a few days later, someone called and said they would speak to the depot and then get back to me but they never did.
I assumed it was just teething problems at the new address. I put in another order which again was not delivered. However, this time it said on the site that the order was delivered when it definitely was not. I emailed again and again someone called several days later.
I explained what happened and they suspended that order so it showed as pending. They said that they would contact the depot (again) to see what had happened. I never heard back from them and cancelled all of the remaining orders because I no longer had any confidence in them.
Today, I have had an email telling me that the money for that order will be taken from my account at the end of the month. Obviously they have spoken to the depot and not bothered to get back to me. Presumably the depot lied to the Customer Services people and told them that particular order was delivered.
It is too late to ring them today but I will call tomorrow and speak to them. I'm annoyed because I have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried to work with them but they - for whatever reason - seem determined to drive my business away from them.
I just wanted to post on this forum to make people aware. I can see that they have something of a reputation on here which is a shame because, like I said initially, the first seven months at my previous address was absolutely fine with no problems.

We have been using them since they took over from our local dairy company and, aside from a couple of issues (one of non-delivery, which turned out to be theft from all the houses in the street and the other when I tried to cut short a holiday) both sorted with one quick phone call, they have been very reliable. I believe they are now part of the Muller group.0
