The Diving Bell and the Butterfly
Artist/director Julian Schnabel gets deep under the skin of the late Elle France editor Jean-Dominique Bauby, who, after suffering a shattering stroke at the age of 43, could only communicate by blinking his left eye. Despite this oppressive physical state, Bauby managed to dictate a short volume of his thoughts and feelings upon which the film is based. This is a tender and deeply affecting portrait of a man with an irrepressible passion for life, and that Schnabel manages to glean so much hope from such devastating and abstract source material is something of a miracle.

A special Preview of Juno, the film that's taken the US box office by surprise and getting rave reviews from Critics everywhere!
Juno MacGuff (Ellen Page) is a cool 16 year old with a sharp line in sardonic wit, but beneath her confident exterior is a teenage girl trying to figure it all out. After seducing her charmingly unassuming classmate Bleeker (Michael Cera) she finds herself pregnant. Along with best friend Leak (Olivia Thirlby), she hatches a plan to find the unborn baby the perfect set of parents, setting her sights on Mark & Vanessa Loring (Jan Bateman and Jennifer Garner), a seemingly faultless suburban couple.
Directed by Jason Reitman (Thank You For Smoking) from a script by Diablo Cody, Juno brings together a colourful supporting cast: Michael Cera starred in this summer's hit 'Superbad' and first made his name in TV's Arrested Development, playing the son of his Juno co-star Jason Bateman. Jennifer Garner gives a career-defining performance as the desperate mother to be Vanessa.
Opening in UK cinemas on 8 February, Juno look set to be one of the smartest and funniest comedies of the year.
