Gants Hill residents fed up of ‘stupid’ fines for cars parked on drives

What happens if you need a bigger car than the red one?
I see you didn't answer my previous post, Stoke, but let's go through this much needed big cars.
There's a red Pug 107 - a city car. We can debate whether it's overhanging or not, but I'd say, strongly, that it's NOT causing an obstruction.
Then we have a BMW 3 series, a white Ford Fiesta, I think, a BMW 5 series, a Hyundai i10, VW golf, and I can also identify, maybe, a Toyota RAV4, and then the van.
Without more detail, it looks like the 107, Fiesta, i10 AREN'T causing an obstruction. The others are. What is it that a hard up family, driving relatively new and expensive BMWs and a Golf (the RAV 40 could be had cheap), need these cars for, and can't afford to do anything about? The Fiesta fits and is a 5 door, 5 seat car. The 5 series is bigger, but it still seats 5. There are cars here seating more than 5. Some have more space, sure. And if you bought the house 40 years ago?
Live within your means, and, literally, your boundaries. If you bought the house 40 years ago, you knowingly bought a 5 series that doesn't fit on your driveway. Does the council owe this resident something?!0
