    Things are SO bad.

    BIL is convinced he isn't going to get better, sister is exhausted. beyond exhausted.

    I am gutted as Mum and I can't do anymore. And everything is depressing and happening in the shadow of this awfulness.

    Had a long sleep and feeling a bit less despondent. Made Mum a cup of tea for her to have in bed and got the dryer on.

    You just have to keep doing stuff. I cleared the hall of parcels - no time to real life shop this year but do need to go out and pick stuff up this morning.

    I need to do a more detailed list. I think I will try and do an hour at a time in terms of getting things done.
