Hello I have received a rejection to appeal with POPLA code. Please tell me what to do next.
Thank you for your correspondence in relation to the above Penalty Notice.
Indigo Park Solutions Ltd operates as an AOS approved operator, in
accordance with the British Parking Association Code of Practice for private
parking. When parking on private land, the onus rests with the motorist to
accept and to comply with the land owners Terms and Conditions of
parking.
On the xxxxxxxx, you chose to park your vehicle in breach of the Terms
and Conditions of parking which are displayed at the entrance to the car
park.
Breach Code 10: Parking in an area restricted for the use of permit holders
without displaying a valid permit before 09:30
Having reviewed the photographic evidence which is also attached, you
have parked within a restricted area. There is clear signage to state that
the car park is reserved for permit holders only before 9:30. There is a
height barrier in place which states that the car park is reserved for permit
holders only before 9:30am and there are also large signs around the car
park next to the Pay and Display machines stating the car park to state the
same.
By entering the car park you are agreeing to park in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they
observe the Terms and Conditions before leaving their vehicle in the car
park. The Conditions clearly state that daily and weekly ticket holders are
not permitted to park in areas reserved for permit holders as permits are
classed as monthly or longer tickets They also state that if any area of
this car park is designed exclusively for the use of season permit holders
during specified hours a notice to this effect will be displayed. Failure to
observe this notice and adhere to this will result in a Penalty Notice being
fixed to your vehicle or handed to you .

do what it tellsl you in post #15
start drafting a popla appeal using previous examples at stations (but only this year - 2017 , nothing older)
also check post #3 of the NEWBIES sticky thread, about popla appeals
that thread has everything you need to know, and links , yet people tend to ignore it despite the wealth of information in there0 -
Grantly, you need to take ownership of this. You are asking far too many questions, the answers to which you can find by doing a bit of the legwork yourself. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
