Hi everyone. I received an email from Highview today. The following is their reply:-

'Thank you for your correspondence concerning your Parking Charge Notice.

Please note that this matter is now with our Collection Agents, Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, who are currently pursuing payment of this charge.

All correspondence should therefore be sent to them and not to us'

Any advise will be highly appreciated.

You're back to the advice I gave in post #2 above.

The fact that the parking incident was back in April would mean HV has passed this on to DRP some time ago. DRP are ignorable.

You'll have to just ride this out I'm afraid. 6 years is the time limit for any claim through the small claims court. HV have never done court, but we never say never, given the time available to 2023.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
