Highview parking Ltd PCN. Please help

Options
I have been really ignorant and have been ignoring letters from highview parking ltd and now I have received letter from debt collectors and the charge has gone to £149.99
The driver had overstayed at the retail park for 36 minutes. The incident happened on 04/04/17 and the notice received on 18/04 and 22/05. Debt collectors letter received on 29/06 and 14/07.
The ticket from highview parking shows 2 photos of the car entering and leaving. But n the description it gives the registration number but make of the car 'unknown', model 'unknown ', colour 'unknown'
The debt collectors letter states I have till 28/07 to pay the money otherwise they will recommend their client to take court action.
Can anybody advise if I can still appeal and fight this? Any chance of damage control? Please help. I will really appreciate your guidance. Thank you.

Please read NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 on how to deal with debt collectors. Highview don't do court.

Or send H the 2 hour challenge appeal, even if late. As shown on EVERY Highview thread. You should have killed this in April, easy!

    One search...'Highview' finds them all.

No LINK, please use the forum search and you will find every case cancelled. Try to beat the 2 hour record.

    No response to debt collectors.

Thank you very much for your prompt responses.
I have read the newbie Post. I will definitely ignore letters from DRP.
I am really sorry I did not understand this 2 hour challenge. Can you please elaborate.
Am I sending the appeal in blue text on newbie's thread to highview?

Yep - the fastest cancellation by HV as a result of the sending of the blue text template is 2 hours.

Go send it, go beat it!

    You could.

Or send the alternative one in all the other Highview threads. I am asking you to search and get used to using the forum as it works best, by searching the single keyword 'Highview' - or try 'Highview skedaddle' which is the search I use.

    Hi
I still haven't heard from them. Was wondering if I have sent it to the right place.
I emailed at 10 am this morning to highview@fairerparking.co.uk
I found this address at the back of the notice. Any thoughts?

You will have seen from other Highview threads that 2 hours is the record, 48 hours is normal.
