UKCPS PCN - Leaving Site - FAQ read
Hi All,
Firstly, thank you very much for everyone's input in the NEWBIE FAQ thread. It was really helpful. However I still need some advise as to what to do next in regards to the PCN received.
Here's what happened so far:
19/05/17: Received a windscreen PCN from UKCPS for leaving the parking site (Reading Forbury Retail Park)
20/06/17: Received Notice To Keeper as I hadn't made any appeal or contact with UKCPS.
27/06/17:I sent the IPC members appeal template from the FAQ page to UKCPS via recorded post.
20/07/17: Received a "Rejected" letter confirming that my appeal has been rejected and that I should proceed with either pay the PCN within 14 days, appeal through IAS within 21 days or do nothing and they will proceed with Court actions etc.
What is the best course of action now? I have recently moved house and currently in the process of changing address but still has access to my old address it being my parents house. I must admit that I have left the car park for an hour to meet a friend who I planned to shop with at Benson for Beds and although we dint end up purchasing anything.
Thanks and any advise with be much appreciated.

nothing else to do , unless you can get the landholder to cancel it
it does tell you not to bother with the IAS stage in that same NEWBIES sticky thread
so there is no "next step" , no magic bullet , nothing else to do
people keep looking for this "next step" , but in this sc@mmers paradise you have done all you can, the PPC were never going to grant your appeal anyway, its a paper excercise , nothing more
so its stalemate0 -

IPC cases are all the same, stop fretting, do not pay them. Get on with your real life. You might want to bookmark and follow other UKCPS thread like this one but don't obsess over the scam:

Your situation is the same as all the rest - we want everyone to complain to your MP, please! The ONLY next step.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
