Ses Water Refund?

Hello.

I had an account with thames water at the time when was living in a certain property and since not lived there it has changed to ses water which was not told about.

I have a bill from when living in old property of £461.62

Balance brought forward CR = Credit

This covers any outstanding charges or credit from your previous bill.

Balance brought forward total £795.75

Water charges

Water Support charge for the period 13/05/16 to 31/03/17* £1.77 CR

*This charge enables us to offer reduced tariffs to those facing financial hardship

Unmeasured water licence fee for the period 13/05/16 to 31/03/17 £169.55 CR

Water charges total £171.32 CR

Wastewater charges - collected on behalf of Thames Water.

Standing charge for the period 13/05/16 to 31/03/17 £48.72 CR

Variable Charge - Rateable Value of £232 charged @ 55.57p per £ for the period
13/05/16 to 31/03/17 £114.09 CR

Wastewater charges total £162.81 CR
Total £461.62

Am I due a refund where it says CR by the side of the charges? I'm confused

Oh yes ... once you pay the £795.75 owed from before this bill.

Otherwise the credit simply reduces what you owe, which appears still to be £461.62 after allowing for the credit applied
