12 seater minibus hire uk to france

does anyone know who rents 12 seater mini buses from uk to france and back please self drive.

a few years ago we couldn't get white fleet and I ended up booking a crew bus through hertz to take to albert. I am pretty sure they also offered minibuses. definitely the cheaper less well known companies just laughed at the idea I wanted to take it abroad.saving for more holidays0

I little while ago I was speak to the owner of the local minibus hire company and he told me that taking ones to the EU was now limited to 9 seaters in most cases. It is not to do with the law but breakdown insurance, they cannot get cover for anything over 3.5t Enterprise said the same in connection with a van.
Suspect all 12 seaters are likely to be over 3.5t.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.
