    If they're not hand thrown plates, made with organic clay gathered from rare mineral fields .... us guests will spot it and you'll be dropped from the social calendar pretty quickly.

    I saw something where they were using trenchers for the grub as opposed to plates. They seemed to think that was the latest thing.
    Me, I'm more interested in the grub than the plate.
    "Fine dining" always seems to me to be a fishhead and two grapes with a drizzle of "jus"
    Not much for a growing lad! :D
