    There's a lot of hateful spite on mumsnet too...its almost a game for them, see what their fingers can tap out.

    In real life they'll be perfectly smiley and fake rather than showing such "honesty".

    Let's just say that someone who sees value in paying off their landlords mortage instead of their own is not the sharpest tool in the toolbox. Maybe more of a spanner.

    Doesn't matter what they're going on the market for it's the sold prices that count.
