Hello everyone, just wanted to update you all.
Unfortunately I miss filed my defense by email, so the court did not realized that I wanted to counter claim, and then i would have had to pay £100 extra to have my defense amended, as opposed to £25 to take the PPC to court after I beat them in court.
Anyway it turns out that Gladstones didn't have the stones to see it through in court. So they have dropped the case. (Disappointed, because I was looking forward to destroying them in court!)
Anyway, I wanted thank everyone for sharing their knowledge and advice, and to let you know that justice prevailed!
