This is the 'large lettering' that helped persuade the Supreme Court judges that the signage was clear, especially the £85 parking charge. Look how large that is!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I started looking into the appeal on Newbie post however bit confused regarding the large letter's requirement. How large should the letters be for the large letter requirement?
To be specific, I'm attaching the sign board at the parking. Does it qualify for large letter

Many thanks
Ps- The actual pic in the photo evidence is v bad and I cannot read anything on that.
Why are you trying to do their job for them? It is for the ppc to demonstrate the letters are large enough. If you say they aren't then they have to show they are.0 -

Have a look instead at the shaky photos UKPC have on their website by logging in to 'view photos'. Much more useful.
nononononononononono!!!!!!!! No paying the damn thing, of course you have a case.
Do as I advised and send the usual appeal online to UKPC at day 26, changing the default to 'registered keeper'.
Do not wait for the NTK, just crack on and keep the faith about beating this scumbag firm of ex-clampers at POPLA. The whole point is you can't be held liable. You will win by appealing as keeper and the signs won't be likely to come into POPLA's reasoning.
Yes you are right. The photos on the website are very blurred. I took this one.0 -
