Self Assembly Furniture issue

Hi,
I purchased some self assemble furniture from an online shop, it was delivered yesterday and once assembled it became clear that parts of it differ from the picture on the website. The item was purchased on my credit card.
I've yet to speak to the vendor, but reading through their terms and conditions, they state a couple of things that I am concerned about and want to get my facts straight before I do.
1) Any item that is already assembled cannot be returned unless the item is defective or incorrect, items must be returned unused.
2) All images, drawings/illustrations, sizes and descriptions advertised on our website or on the product packaging are created to assist you with approximate idea of the items we provide on our website.
3) If there is nothing defective or incorrect with the item and you will like to return the item we can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost from £49. The cost of receiving the goods, the collection service, will be deducted from your refund. Goods can be returned via your own courier arrangements. This is also subject to 3.1.1 and 3.1.2
Taking point 1, I've assembled this, how else am I able to check that it what I was expecting and can this be used as a reason to not allow me to return the item?
Taking point 2, is this effectively a get out clause for the company, I would have expected that what I see should be what I get, the issue here is the cushions. In the picture they are shown as rectangular, what I received is more like a pillow.
Taking point 3, does this apply if I am returning because the description of what I have purchased is not accurate?
Any advice gratefully welcome.
Cheers
Adam.

What's different about it?0

The cushions. In the picture, it's made up of 2, one flat one and then a rectangular one that fits down the back to create an L shape. I've got the flat one, but the other one provided is like a pillow. It doesn't fit down the back to create an L shape and detracts from the overall look.0

It's a possibility, it was however a sealed box. This is it: http{colon}//beds{dot}co{dot}uk/rattan-garden-furniture/3pc-corner-sofa-rattan-set-dark-brown{dot}html
and I've uploaded a photo of the cushion here: http{colon}//imgur{dot}com/a/K1641
Perhaps, I'm being picky, but part of the reason it was bought was based on how it looks.
As you said, I can't post links, so replace the necessary bits0 -
Difficult to tell without seeing it in context with the rest of the sofa unit but looking at the advert the rear cushions look like they just sit on top of the base cushion rather than fit down behind as you explained in your OP. I would have expected the rear cushion to be of the same material/filling as the base ones though.0

New link, with one section of it... http{colon}//imgur{dot}com/a/H6y9B0

Hi,
did you not notice that the back rest/pillow wasn't as expected, before you assembled the unit?0 -
In truth, no as I was more focused on getting it assembled, then it became clear didn't look like the picture0
