Moving house to area not served by Virgin

Hello,
We're moving to a Heacham in Norfolk where Virgin Media isn't available but we've still got a year left on our contract. How do we stand with regards to cancelling the contract? Would we have to pay the remaining balance or is there a get out clause if they don't serve the area?

You need to pay.
It is you who are not honoring the contract you signed up for. You asked Virgin to supply that address and you're wanting to leave. It's not their issue that you're moving to somewhere they don't serve.0 -
As said above I'm afraid, ETC's are coming your way. They also expect payment upfront rather than over the 12 months which can be a pain.0
