It should show advertised price, sold price, weeks on the market, number of viewings, weeks to complete, failed sales, total sales and finally costs. This could be organised by area, agent's etc so a comparison could be made.
Some of this info could be 'scraped' from existing sites to form the basic app.
Come on developers, it can be done.
I've seen at least one site where it already is/was being done, with regards to time on market...
How would you persuade agents to openly share their data on failed sales?0 -

The implication being that ... failed sales are the fault of the agent?
Don't think so ...0 -
I actually would prefer to use a proper agent, we will probably be selling our house sometime next year (after we have bought our new home, I really can't be bothered with the hassle of chains). We'll probably sell it for about £600k (if we don't refurbish), that means that we would probably be paying an agent about £11k (incl vat). If it was not shifting, I might consider going with purple bricks and dropping the price a little (by about £6k), that is probably the only way that I would use purple bricks. I wouldn't expect them to do much, so I would be hoping that the lower price compensates for their lack of activity.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0

I am just finalising a sale that became a nightmare in the last couple of weeks, with our buyer trying it on. Our agent was the one with the knowledge and experience and who had the previous contact with the buyer. Knew other properties he had viewed etc
He worked his socks off and without him I'm not so sure we would have held our nerve.
The agents also pre-marketed to this buyer, who viewed before it went on rightmove etc0
