Hmmm.....definitely looks like there's a bit of secret planning going on. This FOIR was refused partly because the information requested concerned "formulation of government policy".

Hi, got a bit bored whilst waiting to submit POPLA so I went on the Indigo site and appealed again, just in case like. Anyways the web site allows the appeal and even displays a confirmation page which clearly states:-
Your appeal has been received and will be processed shortly.
Your Parking Charge Notice or Penalty Notice will now be placed on hold at the current amount until an outcome to your appeal has been reached.
So maybe I can just keep renewing my appeal.
Another thing, shouldn't they send the appeal result via post and not just email?0 -

Hi, so I'm just getting ready for the POPLA submission, as I'm at day 24 now since initial appeal rejection from Indigo.
....just checking the letter and was wondering if the link here is actually meant to be to an actual FOI, my letter just has the site from which one can be submitted?
As persuasive evidence, see the Freedom of Information Request here:0 -
Yes, it needs to link to the actual FOI answer, in fact.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks,
Ok, I found a post that had an excerpt from the FOI so have added that in place of the URL. I have uploaded the letter ready to go to dropbox view-able here

Would really appreciate a final once over as I need to submit by 18th to be in 28 day window.0 -
You have 30 days plus, and certainly including the weekend, to use a POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
