Blatant lie from BA

Hi everyone,
I am using Resolver for my delay compensation claim.
I've received a reply from BA saying that as the delay to my flight was caused by 'airspace restrictions', they are refuting.
This is not that case: the pilot told us (upon finally entering the plane after a 3hr 40min delay) that it was caused by a fault with the software that controls the landing gear.
Can I please have some advice on how to respond to BA's refute?
Many thanks,
Tabby
