Emailed her again and my MP! The saga continues0 -
Hello .. I have just received an email from my MP with good news .. he obviously went straight to the top the CEO of ParkingEye. He has said that due to my circumstances the PCN will be cancelled and I will receive word in writing .
I am so relieved and would not have got anywhere without all your help . I have told friends / family re this forum because you are all just brilliant.
I am now off for a glass of wine to celebrate
Thanks again 0 -
Hooray - well done for persevering - the more MP complaints about ParkingEye et al, the better.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You really need to get back to your MP, thank them for their help, but tsay that a one off fix like this cant be acceptable - there needs to be something more sustainable put in place, so their constituents arent continually harassed by predatory parking firms such as Parking Eye. Suggest to yor MP that they wite to PE and require them to fully publish their terms, including this hidden "cancellation" amount, so customers are fully informed, and so that PE are actually being fair and upfront.0
