Tomorrow Evie has to go for her jabs and we are off out in the evening which will be nice. It's his day off today, I'm not looking forward to it, it going to be chaos because I'm going to leave everything dog-related to him.
I may need them when Fudge comes for his holiday, because he doesn't care for men, so Mr LW is likely to be barked at for the first day or so at least (Fudge was maltreated by a man in his first home, ie before his current owners had him, hence his dislike).

Happy Friday.
Had an early meeting this morning and got the sale. BOOM! Unfortunately that doesn't mean I put the feet up and I'm working tomorrow. The bright side means I won't spend.
Made myself some ketogenic cookies last night to try and satisfy my sweet tooth. Ate too many of them, they were meant to last a few days.
Can I be ignorant, and ask what ketogenic cookies are?
Gotta go, we have a meet'n'greet with a prospective new guest (Staffie) this afternoon, and we need to visit the F&V market before that.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Afternoon
Another one doggy sitting here but just for the day whilst their owners go to daughters graduation. They probably wont be back till late tonight so he needed some cuddles. Hes a lovely dog, just basically a white fluff ball and so good natured. He does try to climb on the keyboard though if he feels he is been ignored
Last night was prosecco/book club and another great night. I never imagined when I started the group how close friends we would soon become. Plans are now in place to have a book club away night in north wales and a trip to London. The books do play a part albeit a small one and next month we are reading a Jane Austen in honour of her anniversary and a asian author who is getting great reviews - The Windfall - Diksha Basu
Went to the doctors this morning about something that has been really worrying me. He was lovely and agreed to do some reassuring tests for me but he is convinced that it is as a result of all the stress I have been under the last couple of months. On top of this I really do need to do something about my lifestyle which is just awful ...poor diet and little exercise ....time for some changes I feel
On that note I will hope you all have a lovely Friday xx0 -

You need to look after yourself (at least as much as you do your Mum)!!! Give yourself some "me " time and don't run yourself ragged!
I ended up making a sort of Chinese chicken with lots of stir fry veg, bamboo shoots, pak choi and water chestnuts with garlic, ginger and paprika.
Dish washer is on and am anxiously looking out of the window so the washing does not get rained on."This site is addictive!"

Ketogenic is essentially a low carb, high fat diet. I done a lot of reading before the new year and I think it goes well with my exercise.
So I essentially only used almond flour and coconut flour. Stevia and 90% dark chocolate to sweeten them.
As I said, they're rubbish compared to the standard sugary treats.0 -
I'm back from DD's. The puppy is seriously cute, very affectionate and inquisitive. DD had bought her a lovely bed and she took to it straight away, settling down with her toy and blanket that she brought with her.0
