    Anker and Ravpower would be my only choice for reliability and safety.

    I do also have a really quite good "cheap" 2500mAh powerbank branded "Sumvision", which has served me very well indeed, the capacity is genuine, I have the equipment to test this accurately.

    I've also tested those cheap solar powerbanks (purely out of curiousity) and found 16'000mAh powerbanks that actually only have 3000mAh capacity and in one of them the solar panel wasn't even wired in.
