County Court Claim Form Notice, Claimant is UK CAR PARK MAnagement via Gladstones

Hello All,
I would be grateful for some immediate assistance!
I have received a claim form from Northampton County Court in relation to a parking ticket issued by CPM (uk car park management) regarding parking on a private road whereby I don't have a permit.
I was advised to ignore all letters by a friends, following the PCN, I received various letters from Gladstones, most recently a 'Letter before Claim' and now I have the Claim Form directly from the county court.
Is there anything I can do to defend this? The reality is I shouldn't have been parked there but I thought it was one of these cowboy restrictions where they're not enforceable (appears i was wrong!)
I parked there on 3 separate occasions so its been rolled into one claim, which stands at $631.00. If the advice is to pay, I'll have to put it on a credit card and pay it off over the next couple of years!.
The issue date was the 12th so the 14 days is nearly up.
Thank you in advance, and keep up the great work!
Paul

We get 99% of people over the winner's line and there's no norty step, nor any CCJ or bad effects, if you lost then pad the £160 or so if the Judge found against you.
It's a no-brainer to defend these scams.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Guy to be honest. this is all well above my head and I'm not sure what I am doing. Ive found the attached which I understand was successful. Is this fit for purpose?
1. This is the initial defence of the Defendant,
2. It was not cost effective to employ a solicitor in this case so I have had to arrange this defence myself. This is the first time I have been through this process so please excuse me if I fail to use the correct legal terms.
3. The Claimant has not complied with the pre-court protocols. They are a speculative serial litigant, issuing a large number of identical claims whether there is a cause of action or not.
4. The Claimant’s Statement of Particulars
I. Do not disclose reasonable grounds to bring a claim
II. Are an abuse of process
III. Fail to comply with Part 16.4
5. The Defendant requests that the Claimant files a coherent statement of facts which, if true, disclose a legally recognisable claim in line with the Civil Procedure Rules.
6. As an alternative, the defendant requests the court uses its power to strike out a claim as it is vexatious and ill-founded. Please see CPR 3.4(2)(b) and CPR PD 3A, para 1.5.
7. The Defendant struggles to plead further in light of the deficient particulars and the Defendant is entitled to know the case they have to meet.
8. No admissions are made with regards to the claim. The Claimant is required to prove the same.
9. If the court is not minded to strike out such deficient Particulars, the Defendant therefore will address any inaccuracies or misleading information in my Witness Statement, and Skeleton Argument if so ordered by the court.
STATEMENT OF TRUTH I believe the facts stated within this witness statement are true0 -
Nope, that one doesn't say anything at all. There are better ones when you do that search.
What was the sign wording (exactly, not a guess), can you go and take pics of the 'parking offer' terms?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You do need to edit your op to remove details of who was driving. Never give away the driver.
The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts you
If you have inadvertently used your real name as your forum name you need to get MSE to change it to something anonymous0 -
Noted Quetin, Ive tried a number of different ways to break the URL
Would someone be so kind as to accept a PM from me and repost on my behalf?0 -
We don't take pm's I am afraid. And you would have the same problem as you can't pm links yet, either.
All you need do is what all other newbies do, change the http to something else (or remove the http) and put a break into the URL, as well.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
