Must admit post viral fatigue is still with me …I am struggling to stay on top of things. I started a spending notebook like jazzer in the Archers - it’s rather behind ! I have been spending a bit on oddments on prime … which is not as mindful as it should be ( it’s so easy )
However I have been paid my final invoice from the bookkeeping job and it went straight to the credit card !I did win a £5 on the lottery 😄
We have also bit the bullet and ordered me a new lenses in a favourite pair of frames as I really need a spare in the car as I have a reputation for breaking them and it would be a disaster if I was stranded without some - I did have a prescription sunglasses but realised thats no good in the dark 😳 ( when the arm broke off my verifocals last year ! )Supper served be back soon ….As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

I need to keep reminding myself of this today….. Anxiety levels seem high today - keep reminding myself it’s probably hormone levels and it will pass.
It’s placement day today and that will be part of it - to remind myself that I need to fake it until I make it - this seems slightly wrong - fake it in confidence as I know I have the skills ….
To tell myself that I have my assignment under control and my aim is to pass and not be top of the class ( not that I ever was ) but always was disappointed when I was not.
To count my blessings - so far two hot drinks in bed courtesy of OH - two feline cuddles in bed - a hot shower - a packed lunch made for me - a message from a Uni mate with a helpful link to next assignment and a bit of banter - a comment from OH that we have no -x - z left in fridge and cupboards Meaning we have used up and no waste before our 4 day break
Need to get dressed and out the door have a good day everyone No you can’t have a cuddle I’ve got to get up……. To H the hooligan
