Mis sold holiday thomson

Hi I'm new to this just wonder if anyone can tell me where I stand I purchased a holiday from Thomson and it said in the brochure it was a Flintstones themed hotel but when we arrived there there was no Flintstones theme there at all

    The hotel was formerly known as sol mirlos sol tordos now known as sol palmanova

    When was your holiday?

    Did you speak to the Thomson rep while you were there?
    What was their response?

    Did you cut short your holiday or make do without the promised feature?

    I can't find this hotel on the Thomson website.
    Can you please provide a link that mentions the flintstones?

    Hi all the rep did was apologise for it not been there any longer and we should of been informed before we went the hotel is in palma nova

    If you cannot demonstrate that this feature was advertised, I fear you might struggle to get any compensation.

    Once you have shown the misdescribed hotel, all you then need to do is arrive at a value for your disappointment.
