I don't want to speak too soon but think I'm gradually improving :) I managed to tear a muscle in my side and strain all my abdominal muscles through coughing so am in a bit of pain but the bug itself seems to be on the way out. Thank goodness because I am running out of TV to watch

The snow delayed Mr F's travel plans so he was at home for a little longer than expected and when I was at my worst. He's overseas now though and that means I only have myself and FDawg to worry about. T£$c0 and the oil people have delivered so I have everything I need. Plus my neighbours have offered to help should I need it - they are lovely :A

FDawg has had his walks curtailed significantly but is behaving well despite that.

I don't have the energy to do much but sit this out. Makes me appreciate my usual good health and I'm determined to make the most of every day when I'm back to my usual self.

Thank you everyone who left messages for me - it was a lovely boost to come back to my diary and find you all here :D

Hope all is well with you guys

    Hello Fortune

I'm so glad to hear you're probably on the mend! I know what you mean about TV when you're ill. And about being thankful for good health.

Take your time, though - convalescence is important
