We are not disregarding your mental health, although appears you know you mislead the bank, but now believe that is their fault that you lied and deceived to get money.

If you have genuine mental health problems, then you have my every empathy.


However, the way you have portrayed yourself will not do you any favours, you appear to be someone who is just avoiding repayment of a debt after you have the luxury of the money that created the debt.
