IVA guide

Options
I thought this was a very welcome "no nonsense" and very factual antidote to a lot of the information being put out by IVA "factories" who are quite willing to sign people up to IVA's when it is obviously not the best option and often not affordable. I have just spent an hour researching some of the sites and the information is often confusing if not downright obtuse (tho I can't use that word without thinking of the Shawshank Redemption - classic film!)
Anyway - I digress.

Thank you Martin. However - one point - the guide states that student loan debts can be included in an IVA - as far as I am aware debts owed to the student loan company cannot be included in an IVA or in bankruptcy, although obviously student debts owed to a bank can. Maybe this should be clarified in the guide.

Otherwise, very useful and clear explanation of IVA's and the pros and cons.
