The vast majority of nadynn's posts are :spam: ... and I've marked the above accordingly.0

Just a thought - if you have some kind of amplifier or amplified splitter somewhere, does the other TV need to be switched on in order to power it?0

Is the new TV set to look for digital TV signal? Friend was given a TV and it was looking for analogue by default!
Plus some TVs have a Satellite search facility.
So is the living room TV on terrestial or satellite? Then make sure the new TV is searching for the same.0 -
I had exactly the same problem. TV in living room (a LG oled 55") works well, TV in bedroom had poor signal and picture kept breaking up. In my case the TV point in the bedroom gave a slightly weaker signal than the one in the lounge, despite being driven by the same splitter/amplifier. And the tv itself seemed less able to handle the weaker signal. A bit of readjustment to the aerial was enough to boost it just enough to get a picture 99% of the time. For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.0
