  • Morning,

Not a lot of debt busting going on this week, due to the interviews.

Interview one - I've a second one with them at 8.30 this morning.
Interview two - Job offer received from them yesterday.

Interview one, is good and I will probably get an offer from them but it's still London based which means I'll still be getting up at stupid o'clock to get to site....but it is reasonable money and more than what I'm on now.

Interview two, they want me for their project and have said they'll work out the finer details later. Project is an hour away from home, temp to perm though. Means I won't need to get up until about 6 in the morning and the kids will see more of me and I'll be home about 1/2 hour earlier at night. Money wise, I'll probably be better off then if I went for number one.

Interview two need a decision by end of today, so need to up the momentum with my other agency for interview one as to wether they'll make me an offer so I can compare them.

Deep down, I think number two is the better one but will see later today.
  • Congratulations on both interviews, what a lovely conundrum to be in! I think you should probably go with your gut instinct about interview two, more time, more money sounds like a winner. Good luck with your decision :)

Congratulations on job offer from interview 2 and good luck today with other interview. Job 2 sounds promising if less travel time and more money.

  • Morning,

    No decision made yesterday.

Second interview with number one went well, I think they'll offer me a job.

Depending on what comes through today, I should be able to choose who I'm going with.

I'm still inching towards number two but need them to put it in writing over their temp to perm time scale, so I need to ring that agency later.
