Well I'm still waiting to exchange and complete but that's nothing to do with Mortgage 1st who were excellent. Very efficient, good communications and secured a good mortgage offer so I would be happy to recommend them.

Delay on exchanging is due to the road not having been adopted and I have started a new post regarding that. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5700999
