    Hi all.

    I forgot to get weighed this morning so I think I will leave it until the last Friday of the challenge (not sure what date that is) and see if that helps me rather than seeing week by week fluctuations.

    I ran yesterday, it was slow going due to the very strong wind I was running straight into. I might cycle today but not sure if I will find the time.

    Morning all.

    B: berries, honey nut mini shredded wheat, skim
    L: NCG Firepit bean soup (DH took the other half to work and it won't keep)
    D: unavoidable curry night

    40 min dog walk

    I haven't been that good this week - the meals have been fine but the crisps have been calling :( I polished off an entire 150g Maple & Bacon kettle chips bag yesterday @ 750 calories :(
    I have to stop buying them but we are in the run up to Christmas now and we are hosting family for several days.

    Thought I'd have a sneaky peek at the scales. As much as I'd love to believe I've lost 2 stone in the last 5 days, I think my scales are more likely bust. Still it made me smile for a moment :D

    I was perhaps a tad hasty, I dared weigh myself today and have STS :eek:....I suspect it's my age and changing body shape that convinces me I have only gained. Not sure about this ageing business but I better get used to it :o

    Darnit, I seem to have put on 1lb

    Frustrating, as I'm sure I've not done anything differently. :huh:
    Perhaps it's the joy of being female and having a fluctuating body?

    Ah well. Will try and maintain good habits and hopefully it will continue downwards.
