I think its great for finding house prices especially if its an area you are not familiar with, but there we go we all have different opinions of what is good and what is not:rotfl:
Just a thought but did you work out how to find the prices? It also shows the prices for the types of houses for the area, as well as the average prices for each post code (if you know where to click:D ).
I still think it is the best website for finding house prices in an area:cool:

Try www.mouseprice.com for free sold pricing.
Note that all of these house price sites offer information extracted from the Land Registry which lags some 4-6 months behind actual sales due to the time it takes to register the sales on the system, so rather impossible to get up to date 'recently sold' prices.0
