Afternoon all. I was going to post earlier but was in a hurry and after having to login four times I gave up! Just made me log in again and I made extra sure I ticked the box to stay logged in.

Anyway, lovely day. Washing all dry and put away. I cut the grass earlier today while it was in the shade and I've been out with DD2 and DGD4 (again ).

Hello again everyone.
Sorry I disappeared I was so busy at the end of term, then we went sheringham for the weekend and I had the day off yesterday because it was my birthday
Hit ground running this morning and determined to keep up over the summer hols. I put wallpaper up in the hall this morning-just the door wall which is now sporting a rather fetching faux bookcase design, now I'm ironing and determined to reach the bottom of the pile this week.
Next week new boiler is being fitted that is one off the frog list and what my overtime money is going towards so need to have everything ready for them by Tuesday so I have one week to get all rooms tidy so they have access to the rads and the attic and airing cupboard ready for them to take the tanks out of.
My going to be a nanny again as my gorgeous little grandson came round last week wearing an "I'm going to be a big brother" tee shirt. So really looking forward to that. Before then we have dd3s graduation ceremony and wedding to look forward to so busy busy.
I hope everyone is as well as can be
Kaz sorry I didn't let you know I was up for the beer festival I just didn't are up again the week after carnival so if you want a meet up it would be lovely. X

I'm exhausted. Being back in the real world of work is an experience. Pay cut, but the reference and experience is worth it.

Yesterday I got home, cooked dinner, made lunches and went to bed:D Credit to DH, he did clean the shower as requested.:D

Today however nothing has been done :(so, WM on. DW unloaded and reloaded. Dinner in microwave. I'm taking 10 before prepping lunches and doing a pile of admin. I've been home 6 weeks, how can there be a pile of admin after 2 days?:rotfl:

Feel a bit brighter - after an ice lolly haha. Can't believe I didn't think of that sooner. Throat much happier for now

Washing is in, garden tidied before the rain arrives, kitchen sorted after dinner and bin out for morning.

I'll be off to bed soon with some paracetamol and throat spray

Not all ironing done but major blitz of the lounge, a large built in plinth has been removed so we can redo the flooring at next half term, boys are not happy it means the tv is lower so they think it's unfair they can't now lay on settees to watch. I may have now given myself more decorating as the wall isn't painted the same colour behind the plinth.

Been a busy afternoon: LR dusted, tidied and vacc'd. Saw 2 throws lurking so I put them through the WM and hung them outside to dry. Trundled the vacuum round the hall and up the stairs. Gave DD's room a good dust and vac while she is still away. Changed bedding. Pots watered, as there still isn't any rain.

Currently home alone watching a rom-com

Not sure why, but I keep having to sign in to post. At least it has made me remember my password :rotfl:

Evening all. I'm not in as currently off the paid stuff and after a short break away I am now a lady wot lunches.

Hope that YSL and Bossy feel better soon. My lot here have had various lurgies which I seem to have missed so far.

All that's been done here is grass cutting, bedding changed and one car cleaned. I think I'll try to get my hair done tomorrow and pick up a parcel from the post office.

Spanish lesson completed
Kitchen all WUDUPA, hob and bunkers all cleaned and floor washed.

Spent ages sorting out 'stuff' to make up new, up-to-date CVs for DH and myself. Had to dig out some paperwork for dates, details and possible refs. I phoned my two recent refs to check details and confirm they're happy to act as refs. Nearly ready to type up and save to pen, just need to check a couple of things with DH tomorrow.

Did a quick stock check, made up a Mr T order and ordered for delivery on Thursday. Surprised how long that took !

Hugs, sticks and spoons all round as needed
