thanks for lists.
Had a nice weekend with BIL staying, kept pretty tidy but ate too much. Very envious of those ladies who have lost weight - I keep having setbacks owing to socialising, greed and lack of willpower. Any hints to combat those are gratefully received.
Not too manic a week, relatively speaking, but huge lists of complex stuff to wade through and want to continue decluttering which is a bit of a mission.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
I'm in thank you for the lists. X
Ironing done
HHG done
Nearly caused myself a mischief trying a handstand yesterday at the studio. My shoulder isn't well enough to hold my weight.
See you tomorrow x0 -
Morning all!
I'm in again this week. Thanks to Valli and Natty for the lists. Been decorating in the house most of the weekend and am due to scrub the middle room floor tonight with a neutralising solution, in preparation for sealing the stone tomorrow. Waiting for a delivery of more clay paint too, so will be flitting between the caravan, house and driveway gates until that arrives.
Happy flying ladies x0 -
Morning All
Thank you for the listies, I am in
Last week of term here so need to get cracked on with flying before chaos descends for 6 weeks! I have already stripped our bedding and that is in the WM. Will set DW on before school run.
I have 2 hours paid stuff today then will crack on with some work for DH and continue to work through the laundry pile. Will also dust and hoover our bedroom - it desperately needs it.
Will report back later - have great days all xxMFW

Everything has to be ready for a home inspection mid-week so that we can collect our dog asap
Will post a photo of her when she is officially ours! We went to see her this afternoon and took her for a walk. She's not over-keen on DH atm but more confident with me.
Now off to hunt for a dog-friendly holiday home for all three of us in September...
Fortunately the home inspection people aren't worried about a bit of dust, Ionafan, or I'd have been turned down several times over! As long as it's not a midden they'll be more than happy if it's a loving home for a dog that needs own. Have you got a collar, lead and bed?Nearly caused myself a mischief trying a handstand yesterday at the studio.
I'm so glad you haven't grown out of wanting to do them, Dancemum!
Listy beckons and I've done two things that aren't on it, so progress, but not so much as you'd notice. Back later to report achievements.Better is good enough.0 -

Must crack on. Back soon x0 -
Well i didn't even have time to visit the forum last week. Not sure why but time just disappeared each day.
Will drop dd at nursery then head head out with ds to do the weekly shop then I'm going to tackle the kitchen!
Determined to do better this week.0 -
feeling grotty today.. ate a few chicken dippers yesterday.. ones tum does not like meat still, and likes fish even less.. and piggy me ate both.. so today I pay for it. I feel so sick I cannot eat despite being ravenous.. I may try a clear soup base thing see if I can handle that, getting something in usually helps with the nausea.
Handstand!!??? I couldn't do them as a child I'm not even attempting now.. I was always very good at hula-hooping though.
2 loads of laundry in before school run and 1 load out to dry.. I neeed to reshuffle now.
My hips/knees are killing me after a crazy weekend of lifting and shifting.. DD2 moved home from uni so my frontroom is lost to a mountain of binbags.. 4 are to leave but ye gods only know where the rest is going.. I think boxing and loft for a lot of it!
Todays list goes..
hair wash if I can cope with it
laundry x 8billion
DW x2 or 3
and 2 school runs
I'm really tired. I don't want to do any of it.
Pollycat is happy DD2 is home, DD2 is not happy about sharing a room with DD3 hahahaha..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Morning,
Awaiting carpet fitter. I shall be cross if he doesn't come /call. Missing DD sports day for it. She said she was ok about it, but went in with a little sad faceof course that may be something else entirely, or a guilt trip lol.
Rest of underlay up and floor boards vacced and all down the stairway. Made a good start on kitchen and brewed some coffee for iced drinks later
I'm now contemplating my next move... Maybe plot my next grocery delivery while I have a cuppa...Bossymoo
Away with the fairies :beer:0
