Just looking at the court bundle in front of me amazes me as I wouldn’t have been able to do any of it without the support and assistance of everyone on this forum. No matter what the outcome tomorrow, we’re ever so grateful for everyone’s help ����

Not totally clear here but what I was suggesting was additional costs over and above your direct costs for their unreasonable behaviour.

Ask for costs when you win. Shy bairns get nowt.
