Thank you! And also thanks to everyone who’s given us their valuable advice and help on this forum. We couldn’t be any more prepared and ready.
Just looking at the court bundle in front of me amazes me as I wouldn’t have been able to do any of it without the support and assistance of everyone on this forum. No matter what the outcome tomorrow, we’re ever so grateful for everyone’s help 0 -
Wishing you the best of luck!0

Before you go in, you may get contacted by the Rep for the other side, or seek him/her out. Ask a blunt question which is given the medical information that Gladstones had been given, what were Gladstones instructions to Elms Legal on this one.

Get there half an hour early, and take a photo of your P&D ticket if you have to pay for parking! Add it to your costs you want to claim back.
He went on to discuss challenging the Rights of Audience. You don't have to go down this route unless you feel you want to. Read up on it in this thread if you have the time->

Not totally clear here but what I was suggesting was additional costs over and above your direct costs for their unreasonable behaviour.
Ask for costs when you win. Shy bairns get nowt. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
