On Clearscore when I do that it just shows me what was spent every month. The card has not been used for years so I am assuming the spent numbers is the interest being added. It shows what payments I made and what my balance was each month. It says nothing else other than when the account was open, the payment frequency is monthly and it was last updated on the 18th June. What is making me worry is from last year in July and November there are two spends at £60 each but I am sure that is when I got previous letters about collections and recoveries and I called them and they told me everything was OK and the balance here shows it was reduced.

For March this year there was a £60 spend, £25 for April and £26 for May. That is wrong but as I mentioned yesterday I am positive that is their way of showing the interest being charged because the card has not been used and cannot be used, it was made clear March last year the card cannot be used so there's no other way to explain that. It does say that May this year is a missed payment.

Okay I'm in Creditclub and Credit Accounts.

    Arrangement
    Start Date
    Apr
    End Date
    Aug
    What does this mean?
The lender has agreed to vary your payments for a time.

And there is a missed payment for May. When it says the start and end dates it doesn't list a year. I know I called in March last year but this wasn't an issue until March this year, way past August.

There has been an update. I called again today and said I would rather avoid the default notice if the minimum payments were reduced significantly. They said because the interest was frozen there was no way to find that out, it wasn't possible to even guess what it might be

We did another expenses report and because I am paying less than I was last year for bills and expenses, I ended up having money free rather than not having enough to cover the payments per month so they have removed the arrears from my account, overridden the long term agreement, stopped the account going to Recoveries and the Default Notice because in order for it to go to Recoveries there has to be a Default Notice. I have been on a 3 month plan starting in July where I pay every month interest free. This ends in September and he said in September I have to call them back if I am happy for this to continue on from there. If i miss any payment in the next 3 months, it will be marked on my credit file, they will put on my credit file that I am on a payment plan. I also asked about their letter saying that the Default Notice may not stay on my CR for 6 years if I clear it before then. They assured me that even if I cleared it long before 6 years, if it went to Recoveries it would definitely be on my CR for 6 years regardless. They said if I notice any interest being added to call them immediately to get it removed.

So it's worked out well for me today. I'm back to paying every month interest free until the balance reduces and one of the last things they said to me was to call in September and if I'm happy for this to continue to let them know. So I have taken that as meaning they would let this continue after the 3 months which I absolutely would be happy with.

I want to say to everyone in this thread Thank You for all the help and advice you have given me. I am really happy with this outcome. I've been stressed out about this but I do think things happen for a reason. I think I was meant to come on here again and ask for advice, I was meant to learn about CR's and go and read my own and report back, I believe the thinking about a balance transfer card which I've never had or ever applied for was meant to pop into my head yesterday and I went and found out about it. And today I was just so worried I had to call again and it's worked out well and I mentioned everything about the CR's and I think that helped me because the person I spoke to wanted to help me and I wouldn't have known about that had I not came on here yesterday. Thank you again to everyone. I don't think this would have happened today had I not been educated on so many things.
