The cloud sign in problem

Phone. Samsung galaxy alpha. When in free wi fi places, the phone connects fine to all of them except the cloud wi fi. Phone connects fine at 1st, then on notifacation bar it says sign in on browser, i click it and google homepage comes up, and thats all. Then it says disconnected timed out. When i go on the cloud sign in page its say i am regestered and connected, but im not. Any ideas please to what im doing wrong

Can you click on 'Cloud Network' then immediately 'click 'FORGET' ?
if so try signing in again as new0 -
I think i can, il try that next time i hit a cloud wifi. Thanks0
