We're getting to know you though Graham >:P ....
I just use a sponge scourer + Le Elbow Grease on mine. Does less damage than a Brillo pad etc. I tend to use one that I would soon be chucking in the bin anyway. They are blinking annoying things to clean, I agree, but the cooker was here when I got here and it works perfectly well, so not going to replace it.
Graham, as for the strawberry whip value dessert..... why oh why... nm we will soon indoctrinate you into the ways of the OS... its better than the dark side, we have HOMEMADE cookies !

Not very OS (shhhh!) but I don't think our oven was cleaned once the whole time I was pregnant and neither star drops nor starclens touched it. Mr Muscle did though. (cough.)
I use stardrops on it now though!:AMay all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
The only thing that comes to mind regarding the hob is maybe something to recoat the surface.
Have a look in the handbook. If nothing there try calling or e-mail the manufacturer.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

Yes! but I was expecting you to say you haven't read it.
You should be able to get the manufactures name from the cooker, then google and e-mail them. No harm in asking them for advice.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4
